Jennifer Wayman, MHS

With decades of experience designing national campaigns that benefit individuals and society, Jennifer has built a career out of making positive change in the world.


She is a visionary and results-driven executive leader with 30+ years of experience in health communications, social change, health policy, and national-level campaign development and implementation for federal and state government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and leading non-profits.


Jennifer is skilled in working with concepts, theories, and best practices related to behavioral science, behavior change, health literacy, health equity, social and economic determinants of health, social marketing, and policy, systems and environmental change. She is also a recognized expert in public-private partnerships and stakeholder engagement.


Prior to founding JCW Communications, she served as President and CEO of Hager Sharp and Managing Director of the nationwide Social Change Practice at Ogilvy. There, she developed and led dozens of successful national campaigns and initiatives, built teams that delivered high-quality client service, and won nearly 100 industry awards for creative and effective campaigns and programs.
